Supplemental fees imposed

Sec. 2. (a) Before the fifteenth day of each month, a licensee that offers slot machine wagering under this article shall pay to the commission a supplemental fee equal to one percent (1%) of the adjusted gross receipts received by the licensee from slot machine wagering. (b) The commission shall deposit the supplemental fees into a separate account within the state general fund. As added by P.L.233-2007, SEC.21.
