Sec. 13.5. "Profits" means the difference between: (1) the total amount of money exchanged for the purchase of a raffle ticket in a qualified drawing; minus (2) the total cost of the prizes awarded in the qualified drawing. As added by P.L.19-2011, SEC.2.
