Presentation of budget

Sec. 1. (a) The chief executive officer shall annually present to the board the needs and requests of the corporation and a proposed budget. (b) The chief executive officer shall present the proposed biennial and board approved annual budget of the corporation to the governor. The proposed budget is subject to IC 4-12-1 if the proposed budget includes funding to be appropriated from the state general fund. As added by P.L.167-2011, SEC.1.
