Sec. 7.4. The state personnel department shall, when contracting for the self-insurance program under section 7(b) of this chapter or prepaid health care delivery under section 7(c) of this chapter, require the use of value based coverage as part of the contract. As added by P.L.201-2023, SEC.77.
