Sec. 4.3. As used in this article, "miscellaneous participating entity" means an entity that participates in the public employees' retirement fund, except: (1) the executive (including the administrative), legislative, and judicial branches of the state; or (2) a political subdivision (as defined in IC 5-10.3-1-6).
