Sec. 2. Criminal intelligence information shall not be placed in a criminal history file, nor shall a criminal history file indicate or suggest that a criminal intelligence file exists on the individual to whom the information relates. Criminal history information may, however, be included in criminal intelligence files. As added by Acts 1977, P.L.50, SEC.1.
