Application of certain amendments to chapter

Sec. 0.1. The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows: (1) The addition of section 1.3 and sections 1.5, 1.6, and 6.3 of this chapter (before their repeal) by P.L.280-2001 applies to foreign protection orders issued before, on, or after July 1, 2001. (2) The amendments made to sections 2.1, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of this chapter by P.L.280-2001 apply to foreign protection orders issued before, on, or after July 1, 2001. As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.62.
