Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to the following: (1) A purchase of supplies under this article by any of the following: (A) A governmental body. (B) A state educational institution. (C) An instrumentality of the state that performs essential governmental functions on either a statewide or local basis. (D) The state lottery commission created by IC 4-30-3-1.
