"Contract modification"

Sec. 3. "Contract modification" means a written alteration: (1) in a specification, delivery point, rate of delivery, period of performance, price, quantity, or another provision of a contract; and (2) accomplished by mutual action of the parties to the contract. As added by P.L.49-1997, SEC.1.
