Sec. 11. The corporation may do the following: (1) Designate a global commerce center pilot program under section 12 of this chapter. (2) Establish a procedure by which the global commerce center pilot program may be monitored and evaluated on an annual basis. (3) Promote the global commerce center pilot program.
