Power to procure insurance

Sec. 22. The corporation may procure insurance or guarantees from any public or private entities, including any department, agency, or instrumentality of the United States, for insurance or reinsurance on amounts paid from the guaranty fund. As added by P.L.162-2007, SEC.25.
