Chairperson

Sec. 4. (a) Except as provided by subsection (b), the governor shall serve as chairperson of the board. (b) If the governor is unable to participate as chairperson for a meeting of the board, the governor may designate a member of the board appointed under section 2(a)(2) of this chapter to serve as acting chairperson.
