Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a political subdivision that: (1) has an official web site; and (2) is authorized under IC 5-3-1-2 or another statute to publish a notice on the political subdivision's Internet web site in accordance with this chapter. As added by P.L.152-2021, SEC.2.
