Sec. 12. Searches and Seizures. (a) The commission shall have the power to examine, inspect and search a licensed premises or a vehicle where alcohol, alcoholic beverages, or malt articles are kept, manufactured or sold. (b) The commission shall have the power to seize alcohol, alcoholic beverages, malt
