Sale of manufactured beer for carryout

Sec. 16.3. If the holder of a permit holds a: (1) permit issued under section 16(c) through 16(q) of this chapter or section 16.8 of this chapter to sell beer for on-premises consumption; and (2) permit for a brewery described in IC 7.1-3-2-7(5) that is located on or adjacent to the premises for which the permit holder holds a permit described in subdivision (1); the permit holder may sell for carryout, at the premises for which the permit holder holds a permit described in subdivision (1), beer manufactured at the brewery.
