Sec. 3. The following license fee is imposed for an employee's permit: (1) Fifteen dollars ($15) if the permit is used only to perform volunteer service that benefits a nonprofit organization. (2) Forty-five dollars ($45) if subdivision (1) does not apply. The term of a employee's license is three (3) years. As added by P.L.204-2001, SEC.43.
