Sec. 3. "Tobacco product" means a product that: (1) contains tobacco or nicotine; (2) is intended for human consumption; and (3) is not approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration for tobacco cessation. As added by P.L.256-1996, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.220-2023, SEC.15.
