Sec. 26. Any person adversely affected by any final decision, ruling, or order of: (1) the commission; or (2) a court with jurisdiction; under this chapter may appeal the decision, ruling, or order under the same appeal procedures set forth in IC 8-1-3. As added by P.L.18-2010, SEC.1.
