Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "affected landowner" means an owner of an interest in property that: (1) is located in Indiana; and (2) meets one (1) or more of the conditions set forth in 18 CFR 157.6(d)(2). As added by P.L.110-2007, SEC.1.
