Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "public utility" means: (1) an energy utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2.5-2); (2) a municipally owned utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1(h)); or (3) a department of public utilities created by IC 8-1-11.1. As added by P.L.133-2013, SEC.5.
