Sec. 32. As to waterworks facilities leased and acquired under this chapter, it is not necessary to comply with any other statutes concerning the leasing and acquisition of waterworks facilities by municipalities except as specifically required by this chapter. As added by Acts 1982, P.L.74, SEC.1.
