Sec. 6. (a) The board may purchase, sell, and advertise, for the purpose of sale, load building appliances. (b) Load building appliances shall be designed to be used in: (1) the consumption of the products; or (2) the use of the services; that the utility furnishes or is equipped to furnish to its customers.
