Sec. 1. This chapter applies to each: (1) municipality; and (2) county that: (A) does not have a consolidated city; and (B) receives notification from the department of environmental management that the county will be subject to storm water regulation under 327 IAC 15-13; that adopts the provisions of this chapter by ordinance.
