Sec. 0.3. (a) As used in this section, "Indiana port commission" means the Indiana port commission established by section 3 of this chapter, as in effect before March 19, 2008. (b) As used in this section, "ports of Indiana" means the ports of Indiana established by section 3 of this chapter, as amended by P.L.98-2008.
(c) After June 30, 2008, a reference to the Indiana port commission in a statute, a rule, or another document is considered a reference to the ports of Indiana, as the successor entity. As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.197.
