Approval of railroad crossing remediation projects

Sec. 1. (a) The department may approve railroad crossing remediation projects under this chapter for financing under this article. (b) The department shall establish a documented policy and procedure consistent with the requirements of IC 8-6-1 for making determinations of whether a project should be approved under this chapter.
