"Committee"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "committee" refers to any of the following: (1) A candidate's committee. (2) A regular party committee. (3) A committee organized by a legislative caucus of the house of representatives of the general assembly. (4) A committee organized by a legislative caucus of the senate of the general assembly.
