Sec. 3. As used in this chapter and IC 8-18-21, "toll road" includes: (1) the land required for a toll road right-of-way; and (2) any highway constructed under this chapter, including all bridges, tunnels, interchanges, entrance plazas, approaches, tollhouses, and buildings required for administrative and maintenance purposes.
