"Limousine"

Sec. 9.3. "Limousine" means a motor vehicle that: (1) is a passenger vehicle; and (2) is designed and constructed to accommodate and transport not more than fifteen (15) passengers, including the driver. As added by P.L.70-1990, SEC.1.
