Sec. 18. Within a reasonable time after a TNC driver provides a prearranged ride to a TNC rider, the TNC shall transmit to the TNC rider an electronic receipt that includes the following information: (1) The origin and destination of the trip. (2) The total duration and distance of the trip. (3) An itemization of the total fare. As added by P.L.175-2015, SEC.10.
