Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "motor vehicle for the transportation of food" means a motor vehicle that is: (1) subject to inspection under IC 8-2.1-24, including under rules prescribed under IC 8-2.1-24; and (2) engaged in the transportation of food. As added by P.L.108-2012, SEC.1.
