Sec. 5. (a) The department may adopt emergency rules in the manner provided under IC 4-22-2-37.1 to carry out this chapter. (b) An emergency rule adopted under subsection (a) expires on the date a rule that supersedes the emergency rule is adopted by the department under IC 4-22-2-22.5 through IC 4-22-2-36.
