"Aircraft" defined

Sec. 1. In this chapter, "aircraft" means any contrivance known or invented after May 21, 1929, used or designed for navigation of or flight in the air, except a parachute or other contrivance designed for such navigation but used primarily as safety equipment. "Operating aircraft" means performing the services of aircraft pilot. Formerly: Acts 1929, c.171, s.1. As amended by P.L.66-1984, SEC.136.
