Sec. 4. Any of the following persons may lease a project to an authority under this chapter: (1) A not-for-profit corporation organized under Indiana law or admitted to do business in Indiana. (2) An airport development authority established under IC 8-22-3.7. As added by P.L.108-1993, SEC.10.
