Sec. 5. An agency shall do the following: (1) Use a grant described in section 1 of this chapter only for the purposes set out and approved by the board in the grant application. (2) Report to the department all expenditures from a grant described in section 1 of this chapter. As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.212.
