Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "owner" means a person in whose name a motor vehicle is registered under any of the following: (1) IC 9-18.1. (2) The law of another state. (3) The law of a foreign country. (4) The International Registration Plan. As added by P.L.120-2023, SEC.2.
