Sec. 9. As used in this chapter, "worksite speed limit" means a temporary speed limit established by: (1) the department; (2) the Indiana finance authority; or (3) a local unit in the vicinity of a worksite; under IC 9-21-5-11. As added by P.L.120-2023, SEC.2.
