Construction of sidewalks

Sec. 5. The department may construct sidewalks on and along a highway in the state highway system outside the corporate limits of a city whenever the department considers that sidewalks are necessary for the protection and safety of pedestrians. As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.214.
