Sec. 2. Should said railroad corporation neglect or refuse to comply with said order, they shall forfeit and pay to the state of Indiana not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000). Formerly: Acts 1891, c.150, s.2.
