"Parole"

Sec. 121.5. "Parole" means temporary legal presence in the United States under 8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5) granted to an individual who: (1) is a citizen or national of Ukraine or last was a habitual resident of Ukraine; and (2) meets the criteria established under Section 401(a) of the Additional Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act (Public Law 117-128) as in effect on January 1, 2023.
