Sec. 154.8. "Retractable tire studs", for purposes of IC 9-19-18, means tire studs that: (1) are capable of being retracted; and (2) otherwise satisfy the requirements of IC 9-19-18-3(d). As added by P.L.35-2008, SEC.1.
