"Scrap metal processor"

Sec. 162. "Scrap metal processor" means a person: (1) that engages in the acquisition of vehicles or the remains of vehicles; (2) that has facilities for processing iron, steel, or nonferrous scrap; and (3) whose principal product is scrap iron, scrap steel, or nonferrous scrap for sale for remelting purposes.
