Sec. 196.5. "Veteran" means an individual who: (1) is serving in; or (2) under conditions other than dishonorable, was discharged or separated from service in; the armed forces of the United States or their reserve components. As added by P.L.58-2006, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.198-2016, SEC.177.
