Sec. 198.7. (a) "Waters of Indiana" means all waters within the boundaries of Indiana. (b) The term includes every lake, river, stream, canal, ditch, and body of water owned or controlled by a public utility that is subject to the jurisdiction of the state. As added by P.L.71-1991, SEC.9.
