Report to budget committee

Sec. 12. (a) Not later than December 1, 2023, and not later than December 1 of every year thereafter, the bureau shall provide a report to the budget committee that includes: (1) the amount of revenue received by the bureau in the calendar year in exchange for the disclosure of personal information or data to any person or entity; and (2) detailed, specific information on the bureau's use, or intended use, of the revenue described in subdivision (1).
