Sec. 3.5. The bureau of motor vehicles shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2, including emergency rules in the manner provided under IC 4-22-2-37.1, necessary to implement the issuance and administration of the following: (1) Driver's licenses, permits, or identification cards for individuals granted parole. (2) Registrations and certificates of title for motor vehicles of individuals granted parole. As added by P.L.211-2023, SEC.20.
