Sec. 5. This chapter does not prohibit an employee from using the equipment or facilities of a license branch or full service location operated under this article or engaging in activity permitted or required under: (1) IC 3-7; (2) IC 9-14.1-4; (3) IC 9-24-2.5; or (4) the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20501).
