Speed title fee

Sec. 13.5. (a) The bureau may impose an additional fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) if the bureau processes a vehicle title in a period of time that is substantially shorter than the normal processing period. The bureau shall deposit the fee in the commission fund. (b) A fee imposed under this section is in addition to any other fee imposed under this article.
