Immunity from civil liability

Sec. 18. The bureau, the commissioner of the bureau, and employees of the bureau are not liable in a civil action for any false information that is: (1) provided to the bureau by an applicant for a certificate of title; (2) reasonably relied upon by the bureau in making a determination to issue a certificate of title to the applicant; and (3) included in the certificate of title to a manufactured home under this chapter.
