Sec. 9. (a) The department may enter into an agreement with one (1) or more: (1) broadcasters; or (2) electronic billboard operators; to issue blue alerts under a blue alert program established under this chapter. (b) The superintendent shall designate staff responsible for the operation of the blue alert program. As added by P.L.38-2013, SEC.1.
