Sec. 4. Upon the governor's authorization under section 3 of this chapter, the military police force of the Indiana National Guard shall respond: (1) in accordance with the National Incident Management System; and (2) in coordination with the Indiana state police. As added by P.L.94-2026, SEC.41.
